The tune "Thaxted" is by Gustav Holst, and is actually "Jupiter" from The Planets Suite. The words "I vow to thee my country" are by Cecil Spring Rice, and have been adjusted in this version, though the sentiments are the same!

But it seems I haven't, so here seems like a really great place to wish everyone a happy St. George's Day, and proudly say that even though I'm not in England right now I still have St. George's cross in my front window!
