Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC - All Map Pieces Locations - How to Reach All Areas

There are 5 Map Piece locations in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, needed to unfog the full world map in the Realm of Shadow.

Some of them are in hidden areas that are hard to reach. They are marked on the fogged map by pillars. This video shows how to reach all these hidden areas / regions.

Some of these seem impossible to get to even though they look like they're right across, the map fails to show a huge gorge preventing you from getting there

I need a map so I can see where I am...
The game: To get one of the map, you need to go pass a dungeon, pass a castle, pass the villages, guess which one is the fake wall, find and sleep on a coffin, fight some dudes, go past several places with title cards, go through the poison swamps, run across 3 hills and cliffs, guess and find the correct cave hole to pass the underground, go through a 40 ~50 floors catacomb, fight field bosses, run the whole wood place by foot, fight some CHEERS! You get the 1/5 of map piece

Bro the Abys east had me in shambles trying to get to it lol. That was one hell of a journey. I absolutely love this map though. Think i'll be spending most of my time in the dlc from here on out.

Bro. I've got all but 3 of the bosses done. Scadurtree level of 19. Been to every region here. And it feels like the map is smaller than base game in theory but it isn't small at all objectively. Its massive. Bigger than you think. Like they shoved. America. Canada and Mexico into India. This place makes my head spin. Thank God I'm nearly done

The traversing of the land is a bit frustrating lol, I find myself backtracking more than I am progressing. It's definitely fun but prefer the original map design a bit more
