A clown harem has been a dream of mine since starting my first reef tank. I was told it couldn't be done, but they were wrong. The clownfish harem is one of the easiest to maintain approaches to a saltwater reef aquarium that I have tried, and we have nearly five years of progress to share with you.

I’ve been keeping 5 for years in my tank with minimal issues. Really I think this problem is overblown. Love the BRS Hearm tank

Beautiful, can’t wait to follow this as you say not a lot of info out there. I have a group of 13 Saddleback Clowns in the same 150gal tank, coming up two years together. Three turned into females and they still of share and swap the multiple anemones in the tank (Bubbletip, Ritteri and Haddons).

Clownfish live in schools in the wild, not reason it shouldn't work in captivity. I think a lot of failure is due to people caring more about aesthetics building setups that won't stress out the fish.
