It remains amazing how disrespectful Apple is to their customers. OLED screen, TWICE the storage, 4x the RAM.. for LESS money. It's insane. And we won't be getting OLED this year either. BUT AT LEAST WE HAVE A NOTCH!!!

Great Intel Lunar Lake X86 has competitive performance per watt. Shame that competition forced Intel to do what they could have done voluntarily.

If my office can't get MBPros, this would be a nice option. I want portability (light weight) and battery life for what I do in my job. The performance with these looks very acceptable.

It's great when one industry set the bar higher and another try to reach it. Competition is great.

Intel and AMD try to destroy Qualcom and try to kick out of the market. More battery, gaming and better compatibility

Ouch! Qualcomm must be seething 👀 $Billions in R&D and looking like they were positioned to be the next big thing in PCs and now Intel is back with a vengeance!

I am not a huge Intel fan at this point, but this impresses me.

Asus does make nice stuff. For me though I have to decide on what equipment to get based on the ecosystem. Apple has more to offer that way though not perfect by any stretch. If Microsoft, Intel and Samsung would get together and fully integrate I could see going there.

I think there isn’t a negative review in this channel, in fact I think they are all extra positive. At least from my point of view this makes me distrust this videos, I would to see the good but also bad things about every product.

I would go for it if it was fanless. We need the Windows version of Macbook Air and it doesn't matter if it is Qualcomm, Amd or Intel cpu.

I can see the media shortcuts on the trackpad being annoying since I don’t look at where I’m touching the trackpad. That’s why Apple’ trackpad was the the best. My new HP laptop finally has a trackpad that is zone independent.

I bought an Asus Zenbook 14” in late 2022 and that was already wow, especially the OLED Display compared to any Apple MacBook is worlds apart. I wonder why Apple won’t even offer this Display on their upcoming Apple MacBook Pro M 4 ? Kind of sad especially Video Editing becomes so more precise to the final project bc the Touch LED panel.

Perhaps i missed it, SSD soldered on or user upgradeable?
Perfomance comparison unplugged or plugged in, is there a performance difference between plugge and unplugged?
The higher specced lunar lake is than in competition with the Pro Chips?

Looks like screen isn't super reflective too. That good.

Superb and practical review! Did you recommend that laptop for 4K editing? If it is good, I will buy it tomorrow!

It took 4 years, but finally Intel beat Apple Silicon and all others. Using TSMC 3nm just like M3.
