This looks so simple to make! I am not into cooking bit I tried it. First dough became tough to roll. Adding some more water made it sticky all over hand. Adding some oil made it possible to roll. Using dry flour managed to roll. Using jelly bottle cap tried to cut rounds, but not that easy., sticking to cap. Finally frying- only few puffed. I should have filmed it, so every one can have good laugh at my first attempt :)

Don't add salt in paani puri dough because salt retains waters that makes your puris soft within 1/2 hour you fry them...

I tried this method, but it come out as soft puri, its not as crispy as it should be for making pani Puri.
