4 medium sized potatoes
1/2 cup black chickpeas
1 small size onion
1/2 cup coriander
1 tbsp Jeera powder

# spicy water
1 cup mint
1 cup coriander
2 -3 green chilli
1 inch ginger
2 glass of water
1 tbsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp chaat masala
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp black salt
1 tbsp amchur powder
1 tbsp leamon juice
1 cup boondi

# sweet water

1 cup tamarind
1 cup jaggery
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp Chili powder
1/2 jeera powder
1/2 glass of water
