Mmm Naka sensei says that the last blocks must be do it leaving the center, moving a bit to the sides (because in bunkai if you your head stays in center, after block you will be hitted).

What we see here is a part of Kusanku kata and a Shotokan version of it, Kanku Dai. But Miyagi do is based on Goju Ryu Karate, which doesn't have Kusanku kata...One way or another, we love karate.

It's good your showing the people what these moves are really supposed to look like. I shake my head when I see them train in the show, but hey, it's a tv show right. They could try harder to make it more realistic in the essence of the Okinawan Karate they are training in, especially me coming from Matsubayashi Ryu.
