You forgot to add the part where the cops just drove around blasting music in their car so they couldn't hear Kyle's calls for help.
There's bodycam footage of it too.
The entire thing is infuriating because it's one of those deaths that could've been prevented but the cops didn't make any effort at all.
They could've checked every car one by one because there weren't that many cars in the lot either, but again, they just drove around blasting music and never really checked any of the cars, they literally just drove through the parking lot...
The cops who were responsible should have at least been held accountable for their negligence and unprofessionalism.

I've listened to the call - he even gave the make of the car. The cops didn't even try to look. The bodycam footage is very telling.
