If you take supplements or medications, it might be a good idea to track those on a daily basis, and track which ones you take on which days, and if there were any skipped doses. Sometimes skipping a supp/med can cause symptoms.

Thank you for this! As someone born with a severe chronic illness, with a spouse whose chronically ill and a teenager who has multiple diagnosis as well, there's so many supplements and natural tinctures and tons of prescription meds between us..I'm definitely in need of a way to track it all. It's sooo much to remember for the 3of us. ❤ well wishes to you MaryEllen!

Hello! Would like to suggest that you add weather as part of what you’re tracking daily. For example, windy conditions could make your eyes drier and raynaud’s in toes increases in colder conditions.

I have a lot of body pain too. I would track physical activity that’s not considered exercise. Like house cleaning, laundry, etc. That’s stuff that really flairs my pain up.

I’m so glad that I watched this before I set up my health planner for next month because I use this layout as well for this purpose. Tracking stress is such a good idea because it often impacts my mood and my food choices. I’m going to add this for next month. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for the realistic planning, it helps to see that it’s okay to switch things up. Love the teacher layout for habit tracking, thank you.❤

I love your videos, it really inspires me to work in my planner. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and looking at your symptoms, I would look into that if you haven't yet. Chronic pain is terrible, and this type of planner is perfect for tracking symptoms, I am going to have to make my own so thank you for the inspiration.

Notes ideas: triggers that day, stress factor or origin of stress, actually getting outside. Let me know if those might help.

Stress and trauma along with many life changes in your circumstances are silent killers and metaphysically they can cause numerous unexplained symptoms in your body.
I believe at times we don’t give life events enough credit as to what it can do to us our bodies and mind because we are programmed to cope and keep going when life just deals us a shitty hand over and over.
Believe me I try and be positive or see the best in everything but it’s hard going, it’s ok to sign out for a bit and be angry mad or shitty and the circumstances have a I call it a “Debbie downer moment” take a day just to be absent then the next day we are back on the horse pushing away again.
It does me wonders both mentally physically and it’s ok to say stop.
Remember to listen to your mind and body and it’s needs as it’s telling u what it needs.
I’m also a perfectionist, Amal or what ever you need to label it but I’ve had to let go a bit to cope. Now I realise it’s ok and it helps me. But I love this video u r doing I need the same thing thank you

Idea: In your food section - be sure to code in whether you consume dairy / eggs / meat / high histamine foods / wheat etc...

I am 67 and have had chronic pain (fibromyalgia) for 27 years, plus have acquired 2 other autoimmune diseases and osteoarthritis….fun!

What works the best for me is movement (exercise) and learning "What you focus on expands!". The more I DON'T think about myself….symptoms, amount of pain etc the better I feel emotionally and physically. 💕

Such a creative way to repurpose the pages. I hope you are able to keep up with it and get better ❤️‍🩹

On the checklist, I'd definitely do the dates across the top and the symptoms on the list down the side. Much easier to read.

Looking at your symptoms list, looks a lot like EDS, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which is connective tissue issues. If you haven't been evaluated for that yet, you may consider bringing it up with your doctor.

Also, if you haven't tried them, B12 injections may be helpful too. Not everyone can digest/absorb the oral versions. I actually have to take both, oral/sublingual and I do B12 injections 3-4 times a week at home. I give them to myself. They've made a HUGE difference with my pain and nerve issues.

I wish you all the best in trying to figure things out. I've dealt with chronic health issues for over 20 years now and I'm FINALLY having improvements with an integrative functional medicine doctor. I spent a couple years symptom tracking and it was really helpful. I also found out I have a TON of food intolerances/allergies that contributed so much to my symptoms. Getting the blood test for those really helped me figure things out. There ended up being way too many for a feasible elimination diet trial (and error) to figure it all out.

This looks like a good set up. Hope it helps you find trends and ways to improv your overall health and wellbeing. I’ve been using a skinny classic for my health planner this year. But I can see this as a great way to follow more categories. Good luck!❤

Thank you for such a great idea for tracking my symptoms. I'm fighting a lot if not all of your same symptoms. I've been diagnosed by a rheumatologist with fibromyalgia a couple of years ago. I've had new symptoms pop up so i eant to start tracking again and get another appointment soon.

I totally understand you I have the same medical conditions and I do long even when you end up in bed all day

I’m glad you’re making this. I have chronic pain as well. It’s hard to track for the rheumatologist every month.

I know that weather affects my symptoms, do you think that might be something you should notate as well?
