French Toast!
Ingredient:
-1/2 french baguette
-2 eggs
-2 tsp sugar
-Pinch of salt
-50ml milk
-150ml cooking cream
-butter
-maple syrup
Method:
1. Slice the baguette into thick slices.
2. Mix egg, milk, cream, sugar and salt.
3. Soak the baguettes in the egg mixture for 30 minutes, turning to coat evenly on both sides.
4. Melt some butter in the pan, and cook the bread slices on medium heat until cooked through and browned on both sides.
5. Serve warm with maple syrup and butter.
