iPad File Management For Drone and GoPro Footage

In this video, I review my equipment and procedures for managing massive amounts of footage for editing on iPad or iPad Pro for editing in LumaFusion. I am a full-time mobile editor, I edit all my videos for YouTube on an iPad Pro. It is a great experience but file management and storage can be a little tricky as iPads can tend to have little storage for your media. However, there are some tools that make things much easier and more streamlined. This is my workflow for editing and organizing my drone and GoPro footage.

I built my own SSD's using a external enclosure's from BestBuy, the Insignia brand one and have been really happy with the performance. Plus they are real easy to do and you can use your old ones from a PC or use them in a future PC build or upgrade. I also use it with my Windows PC and my iPad Pro

Apple just announced that Final Cut Pro is coming to the iPad. Hopefully we will be able to use external SSD's the same way as Luma Fusion.
