Such a frustrating system. I turn the heat down to 60, the system keeps reverting to 68. I'm guessing this system works best from a device.

This isn't helpful. I need to know how to stop it from going below 77° on cooling. And above 75 on heating. I've have been having to turn it off with my app so I don't wake up freezing . In the middle of the night.
This is horrible to not be able to prevent it going below 77° at night when I have it on cooling.
I need very slow and detailed instructions. I'm a 68 yr old woman. And nest customer service no longer works and the Google help is worthless. It just want to sell me something, not help.
