if you get 100 bonus for each room for every apartment you rent out for example 2 bed apt 200 bonus what would the fuction be for excel

If I purchase 11 bottles of drink and then I got 1 bottle extra as bonus. and if I purchase 21 bottles of drink then i got 3 bottles extra as bounus.
How can i set this condition in excel file?
