I've tried this with my buddy, it's a lot of fun. We were flying on a track we've never played before, he had one little hiccup reading his notes and I flew off a cliff and did a barrel roll lol

Not very immersive because the codriver isn't jumping up and down and doesn't have a shitty microphone. Next time make him talk into cheap earbud microphone and tell him to jump up and down every now and then

I have no idea what kind of voodoo your co-driver was speaking, but it was fun seeing you drive fast

Fun fact: he actually muted phil and listened to the in-game co-driver

I think you've just invented a new mode for the next game! Even if Codemasters could provide the placement of audio clips of what note the player wants at each corner/obstacle. Great vid

Yep not bad, just remember to have at least one TRIPLE CAUTION per stage for good luck. :)

Imagine
Dad : *open door* " Are You Winning Son? "
Co Driver : "Listen To Me Samir Medium Left"
Samir : "Just Shut Up Already "

The changes in voice tone and speed is what i miss the most on rally sims.
The co-driver is always on monotone and it doesn't help to differentiate between a fast and technical section. Those changes in voice tone and speed dictating notes is very present in real life and it makes a huge difference.
I was trying to keep up with these notes and it was way easy to know that a technical section was coming, while in DR2.0 we always get that "5 right---tightens to 2", just like any other "6 right - tightens to to 5" haha

I can really appreciate the verbal pace of the co-driver watching this video.
Baring in mind I know how much it takes to learn a track, from racing..
Listening to this co-driver and how well timed his words are is impressive, his tone of voice stays very precise no matter whether he's speaking slow or fast. Noted how his level of volume in his voice goes up the more important the turn - "Tightens... TIGHTens.... TIGHTENS" lmao.

I watch alot of simracing on YT and I have to say this is one of the coolest concepts so far. I hope you guys do this more in the future! Next I would love to see some snowy stages from Sweden

I wish I was good at rally, I'm more of a track racer but rally does peak my interest.
