hi I was testing the device for one week after this time.. the connection has been lost... I deleted the item from V380 apps and I add manually, and I can see it in the app but when Im trying to connect it the app show some message like " fail start session" please veirfy the network connection.. So keep in these state... any ideas..! information I can see the ID, user and password information.. but nothing about Image..! thanks

Can you make a tutorial how to set up the camera on ip mode, i bought the same exact camera but it defeats the purpose of having one if I have to be present in the area in order to connect to it, I want to be at work and be able to go check on my home or receive security alerts to my phone. How can I make a connection from my phone and see what is happening at home? Not even from another router. Is it?

One thing that tripped me up was when trying to connect the camera to the wifi remote viewing option I didn't switch phone over to 4g signal. It wouldn't work if I was connected to my wifi with my phone and camera at the same time. So at the end of set up swith phone of or home wifi then open the camera from app.
