Awesome Results Testing A New GOLD Claim!

Today we explore and test one of @Danhurd new gold claims for some gold nuggets! I tested in the water by gold sniping and discovered a lot more gold than we thought.. We found an awesome amount! Not sure why but this cascade mountain range is loaded with gold. I have mentioned before that I tried the find gold and be rich right here in alaska where there are a good many gold mines around me here. So story time, had a small auto shop and got all kinds of work from cars and pickups to larger rigs now and then. One day fellow brought his new small dozer in for a broken track pad problem. I seen the problem as the dead axle in the middle of this machine was loose so took off the belly pan and washed it out to put back on after doing those repairs. Later in the mud washed out of a dozer that was only a couple months old (problem with machine was something left lose at Okay mud is on my cement driveway to the shop and was washing it off with the garden hose. I see stuff in the dirt there that perked my interest and so panned it out. Lots of fine gold and some nice little pickers. Mind you not a ton or even a lot of gold but enough to make me ask him where he got this machine from. Told me he bought it new and trucked it to here, was working on a creek on his own property. I asked him how big a creek was he working in and he said, a lot of little drains on the property. I showed him the gold I paned out of the dirt. He just really wasn't interested as it was going to be his horse pasture.... bummer as the amount of gold in such a short time had my attention. All I found was like course ground pepper.

Me and my son did our first bag a year ago and he loves it (I think we got that bag from a poopoo site so we really got nothing). I don't have the learnings to teach him the right way to pan but I'd love for us both to learn. I love all y'alls work and hopefully I can show my son and daughter and sizable piece of gold one day.
