NVIDIA ShadowPlay Not Recording [EASY FIX in 4 Steps!]

Here is an updated solution that we came across while recently troubleshooting an Nvidia Desktop recorder malfunction. The notorious issue of the program started followed by an immediate stoppage in recording functionality.

This can be caused by many different issues. This is one fix that can be attempted.
