The maritime council are clearly failing in doing their jobs. They should be replaced already with more capable Filipinos like ex-Justice Carpio. This Tarriela guy is so annoying and treating us like fools and stupid and naive. There should be accountability on why these sailors in BRP Teresa Magbanua where left to suffer and no action from the PCG and Navy.
