Mine broke after 2 months. Vibrarise module jammed, but nothing was jamming it. I sent it back to Roborock 2 weeks ago, and I'm still waiting... If this was a $200 vacuum I would just take the loss and buy a new one, but now I have to stay without a robot vacuum for weeks (or maybe months? Who knows) 😢

You can't set custom names on rooms the problem is just that in the robo rock app, you've reached the maximum amount of room names you can have (which is a dump thing to be a thing in the first place to be fair). The settings weirdly enough in your robo rock account and not in the roborocks settings

I love mine. The only downside is that in the app, even if I set every room to be just vacuumed, it for some reason always eventually defaults to 'vacuum&mop', which is super annoying. This prevents me to using Google Home to activate the Roborock because it then ALWAYS will mop. Have you come across this? Is it a bug?

@6monthslater I tried to buy the Dreo fan as I need a new one and you convinced me to give it a try. HOWEVER, they do not deliver to Australia, only US, CAN and UK 😢

Six Months?? Try a review after two years when the warranty is expired. And when the machine is broken. Try their customer service and see how good they are. It will be a very disappointing experience. Roborock provides no service after the warranty has expired! Good luck

This video is just not true. The Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra is simply so flawed, that it is almost impossible to get to run. After two months I started getting error messages, and the floors became dirtier for each cleaning cycle.
I tried to contact their support, but that led me into an ongoing loop between the danish, american, german and european support. And I got no help. Even though I wrote to them multiple times after they opened a ticket on my problem, they ended up closing my ticket, since “they didn’t hear from me”.
This is probably one of the most expensive vacuumers on the market, but the machine is extremely volatile, and the support is non-existent.

SHAME ON YOU, ROBOROCK!!!
