One and only rule for this type of questions to find out triangles is:
For even base: [n(n+2)(2n+1)]/8 👈here 'n' is the number of the base of the given triangle in question
Example: [6(6+2)(2*6+1)]/8
=[48*13]/8
=624/8
=78
For odd base: [n(n+2)(2n+1)-1]/8
=[3(3+2)(2*3+1)-1]/8
=[15*7-1]/8]
=[105-1]/8
=104/8
=13
Here the answer of the question of this video is 78 because the number of the base of the given question is an even number that is why it follows the first rule
