He's right about poblano peppers, being a crap shoot.
Sometimes you can get an extremely hot poblano and sometimes it takes literally sweeter than a bell pepper.
It's basically a spicy bell pepper they're amazing.

It looks excellent my only issue is using the raw chicken cutting board for everything. Wouldn’t fly in a restaurant. Love the channel just wish I was Daddy Jack’s neighbor.
