My country's healthcare system is far from perfect, but a growth like that would have NEVER reached this size here, unless the patient actively refused to have it removed. It would have been dealt with, quickly and for free, at the very early stages of its growth.

I have been watching Dr. Ryan Osborne for a number of years and he is the very best this country has to offer. He has the Osborne Head and Neck Institute and will do surgeries at no cost for people like this because he knows how important the face is and how often insurances will call his work 'cosmetic' because they try to prevent the patient from having to look at the mirror and hating what they see for the rest of their lives. He has an amazing team of top-flight surgeons and they frequently go to the third world to donate their time, services and supplies to these places. My brother had a cyst that grew on his cheek near the ear. He had it removed and because of the nerve damage, he had severe tinnitus. He had trouble hearing and it was so bad he couldn't sleep well. It really aged him.

There are also many older people that are too young for Medicare and for whom ACA plans have exorbitant premiums. They are forced to go without coverage.

I really dont understand Americans. Billions for bombs and wars in other countries but happy to leave people like this to languish. Yet from what I gather many Americans support that. I looked up some research. Apparently the US health system spends approximately 30% of its resources on defensive medicine. For all this, we are still ignoring the impending demographic crisis. Come live here is Australia Dr Youn! It's something you could easily do you know. Our health system has its share of issues, but nothing like this. Your kids would get a better and cheaper education here. Sure it's a way to come, but I honestly think the US is in so much dysfunction it would be hard to stay sane there. Did I convince you???? :)

You don’t see this in the UK, EU, AUS etc because the healthcare system would’ve taken of it for free long before it got to this point.

The US healthcare system is awful that people feel like they can’t afford to get stuff like this treated.

Over here, if anyone ended up like that, it is because they chose not to get treatment for whatever reason. That will always be dealt with for free. Just like a heart transplant will be free.

The minor amount of NI tax you pay won’t even come close to 1% of how much you’ll benefit from the system over your life. Most people would happily pay a few $$ to have unlimited healthcare, ambulances and so on. Set prices on prescriptions no matter how much the medication cost. In Scotland and other places prescriptions are free for all. In England, if you have diabetes you’re entitled to free prescriptions for life, even if they’re not related to diabetes. Pain medication for breaking your leg? Free. Antibiotics from an infection from a gardening wound? Free. Cancer? Free. If you don’t earn much it’s free. Same for dental and vision, glasses also.

Hedidn't have it removed because he didn't have healthcare insurance and couldn't afford regular doctor visits. Inexcusable.

These physicians are awesome. I have watched some of their videos and they have removed some large tumors that other physicians wouldn’t touch, which is how they got so big.

My grandma used to get a Ganglion on the inside of her wrist. She would go tot he doctor and the doctor would whack it with a book. All gone! 😂

Oh this was a patient of Dr. Osborne. His YT channel is great. OHNI takes on some of the most difficult surgical cases out there and also helps people who otherwise couldn't afford treatment.
