Fixing a dry highlighter lifehack

Ever have a highlighter run dry mid-project? Here is a 15 second hack to get it working again just long enough to get you through the day.

I know many people are saying it works, and many people are not, but... Yeah, for me it worked properly, trust me, just open the cap and take 3-4 drops on ur hand and put it on the tip, close the tap, wait for 15 seconds and u have ur highlighter back to life. Thank you so much this video!

Worked beautifully for my highlighter!! For those who it didn't work for, you're probably supposed to use rubbing alcohol instead of water! Depends on the elements ;)

works perfectly well, don't completely soak it just put 4 or 5 drops on it and leave to soak in

Thanks! I tried it with 2 highlighters, one of them worked fine after dipping it in water, the other one didn't - I guess the latter one had ran out of ink as well.

Dip the tip in 3-4 drops for 5-6 seconds and then close the cap, use it after a minute, it works fine . ✌🏻

It worked so perfect for me!
I just take my highlighters and a lil drop of water and jusy dipped the tip for 3 seconds, cuz when i diped it for 5 seconds, it just gone like the ink gone but no worries just dip less and put the top of highlighters and wait for some minutes! It works and tysm for this 😊❤️

This works 100%
Just dip ur highlighter tip into water for a few seconds (10 seconds maximum) and then ur highlighter is as good as new!

Tried this on my highlighter and it went from not working at all to working for the most part. Wasn’t a complete fix and I will need to toss it soon but it works for now!

Worked for me! But make sure you just add 3-4 drop of water.

Just dip the tip of your highlighter in small amount of nail polish remover and close the cap and let it rest for a few minutes. It works you all.
