I am Irish, just for the folks that don't know. We only dance from the waist down, try to keep everything above your torso very steady, it's so you don't spill your pint of Guiness or glass of Jameson.

I have both versions of Riverdance on my video playlist ; (the original with Michael Flatley and the Radio City Music Hall show with Colin Dunne)., and when I'm having a rough day, need a mental vacation, or just want to be inspired, I'll order a pizza and watch the show. Here in 2024, after 30 years, I still love it !!!❤💕 I have tickets to see the show when it comes to Philadelphia next year. You know a show is inspiring and memorable when you want to see it again and again and again. One day, I do hope that there is a Riverdance 2, or some type of "sequel". The beauty of Ireland, it's music and dancing, should not be limited to one show. Michael Flatley, Jean Butler, Colin Dunne and the great performers, have set the stage, for others to follow in their footsteps, (literally). Riverdance will always be legendary but I'm also hopeful that new generations of dancers, producers, choreographers and composers will continue the magic.
