1. The animators deserve SO much credit for this scene! Riverdance is likely difficult to animate on its own but having to accommodate different anatomy and still work must have been hell to figure out.
2. I have zero context for what is going on but I am extremely charmed by the riverdancing deer XD Amazing characterization without words or even context, I can tell what they're like just from this scene and I love it!

The fact that they mimicked every single move perfectly to the actual live performance without being off by seconds is freaking amazing.

What I find so cool and very creative is the integration of the sound of hoof on stone with the taps on wood. It adds a whole new, somewhat original feel to it.

Growing up Irish traditional music was pushed into an almost underground movement due to the more popular pop/punk and other music types but thanks to Riverdance it is undergoing a new well deserved revival and I am one happy Irishman now 😀

It's amazing and captivity that they dance in sync. It's like they completely knew that I would dance to this beat. Riverdance will never leave its culture behind.

It sure is awesome to see that this movie has received a lot of positive feedback and responses. Seriously, why not? The animation is beautiful, the story is quite an interesting one, and we all fell in love with the music and the dancing.

This is amazing, hilarious, and slightly concerning without context.
I will say though, they got the animations super close to the actual steps. Riverdance is already hard enough as it is. Props to the animators

Loved this movie so much! And honestly the idea of the mythical creatures doing the dance themselves is makes the dance more symbolic for me. I only wish that they release the music as it is arranged for this movie (some of the songs from the performance have had parts switched around for this, but I would still want to listen to it all the time)

I love how the deer don't know who these kids are. They're just doing their thing when the boss walks up, puts a couple kids in the middle with saying anything and they all form dance circles around the kids.

There are so many animated 'Riverdances' about, and every one is a stunning gem. I love the idea of deer and their antlers being used. The whole genre is just amazing and I find each and every one of them have their own delight.

I like the Riverdance movie in general and the giant deer in particular. The deer's transition from bipedalism to quadrupedalism is really smooth and seamless. There appears to be an even number of stags and does in the herd, but at the 1:49-1:51 mark, do any of the does look flirtatious to anybody else?

Riverdance and other kinds of tap-dancing are actually perfect for a species with hooves when you think about it lol
