Marvin Gaye - I Heard It Through the Grapevine (15% faster from start) - speeded up

This is a particularly interesting case as this was brilliantly covered in 1979 by The Slits at a faster speed in this excellent version:

which runs at approx 131bpm as compared to the original’s approx 117bpm, just over 11% faster, so close but no cigar. Clearly it would take another 25 years to hit 15% perfection.

Love the original, but this is an awesome variation. Sounds great to me, don't listen to the haters. Actually most artists sing their own songs fast when live, so not that weird. ;-)
