Modern day hiring practices are so messed up. No longer is the most qualified candidate hired, but rather whoever can memorize canned responses to pointless interview questions like "what kind of animal are you?"

Videos like this--while very much helpful and appreciated--reflect this sad reality. Thanks for helping those who struggle to play these corporate games.

Hi. Your videos are very helpful as always.

I have a question.

Is it possible for one to get hired again (in the future) after turning down an offer with the same company?if so, any tips on how to do so?

Hi! I have a question

Do you think that it's possible to force your way in on a job vacant?

I've found lately on some interviews that I've had that the more you talk at the "Do you have any questions or opinions?" final section and try to turn the interview into a conversation about how great your are to the vacant, and how well you fit into the organization without letting the interviewer end the reunion, has suited me well to move on to the next section

But I feel that is kinda aggressive and pushy and I feel like by stating the obvious of me being well suited for the position is kinda like forcing myself into the company,

wHAT DO YOU THINK?
