Hello from Argentina ! We have a lake loaded with trophy trout (Jurassic Lake) and the Rio Grande in Tierra del Fuego with very large Sea run Brown Trout but nothing as spectacular as your river! I wish I could visit NZ some time....

Just love the videos, the streams and of course the super trout. HOWEVER, I really want to know about these rivers: what are major food sources for trout? How do they get so heavy? Life cycles and river ecosystem would make these videos complete.

Take the white bite indicator off, and do fly fishing, takes a bit more skill. Please, please, use a bouyancy aid, when on the water. Beautiful river, enjoyed the vidio, stay safe
