Sicily-Riding with Don Bici - Official Trailer

Discover the beauty of Sicily in this real life video for Tacx trainers. This is the third Sicily RLV in which you will ride with your personal cycling guide Don Bici.

This training video is over 70 km with 1.600+ vertical meters ascent. In the first 10 km Don Bici guides you through through the Balestrate area along the gulf coast. After a nice climb he'll give you the signal to pass him and continue on your own. You continue and after the city of Carini you take on the Montelepre climb. Halfway the climb you can catch Don's wheel again as he guides you to the top and into the fast and dangerous descent.

The Montelepre climb is nothing compared to the final climb - you go all the way to the radio station on the top of Via Romitello (1000 meter vertical ascent). Preserve some energy for the final 3 km, which averages above 10%. The first hairpins are just cruel at over 15%. After you reached the top you return back down. Now relax the legs and enjoy spectacular views on the gulf area in the descent.
