I'm not giving him any excuses, but that place can be a tough place to work as a traveler. When a assignment becomes to overwhelming. You call your agency and ask to be reassigned you some place else. I worked there. I was cursed out by staff members. Given the most difficult assignments because the regular staff verbally expressed " Give it to the travelers they make the big bucks". The environment there can be very toxic and if you already have underlying mental health issues. You should definitely rethink working there.
