Bro that Tortilla with salt just brought back childhood memories, my mom would always give me one with a bowl of beans, she used to tell that’s what she would have as a meal during her childhood in Mexico because she grew up poor. I eat that same meal every now and then since it became a fond memory

The salt in the rolled up tortilla...when my mom used to make hand made tortillas she used to grab a scoop of masa put some salt in it roll it into a cluster and put it on the hot Comal. She would call them "Ranas" or ranitas we would dip them in crema and chile de tomatillo🤤 my childhood right there

For those who don’t know, that cheese is Queso Oaxaca (Oaxaca cheese) and it’s originated from the state of Oaxaca and it’s an incredible cheese that melts easily, ngl you should try it.
