Well I got an engineering degree right at the time the real estate bubble burst=joblessness. Then I got a medical degree w/ certifications and covid hit=joblessness, Hmm let me find a job in a gas station and then eventually buy one = see the trend here people. I think it is time for me to head to the North pole to work as an Elf. Christ Mas is around the corner and Santa and Mrs Claus will be delighted to have me. lol.
