Listen, everyone calm down.

I honestly don't like the passive aggressive guilt tripping approach but business is business. If you sell yourself short one time, word of mouth will spread and that becomes your brand. No customer would say yes to a price they know for a fact has been lowered before.

I wish more clients were understanding of the situation, why we charge what we charge. Even when you calmly explain why you can't work with them, a lot get offended and defensive, like it's you obligation to say yes to everything they say and what they offer.
