Hello All,
This video is about a new and revolutionary method to solve quadratic equations effectively and fast!
Quadratic Equations are an integral part of human life, be it defining the trajectory of a parabola, or finding maximum profit and loss in business. Quadratic Equations have a wide range of applications.
Over the years we have been taught to use either the Quadratic formula, splitting the middle term, or completing the square method to solve Quadratic Equations. But the formula is pretty lengthy and the splitting the middle term method works for small numbers only and hence it sometimes becomes pretty cumbersome to solve quadratic equations.
The new method is pretty simple and elegant, founded by Prof. Loh, Carnegie Mellon University. It simply works on the principle that "the parabola is symmetric about the axis of symmetry". People have already started using this method in the US and teachers are getting a good response from students!
Incorporating this method in your Competitive Exam preparations, JEE, Engineering, Business, or any studies might be of help! I also tried to keep the video as short as possible! Enjoy!
