Thank you! I'm moving away from Camtasia Recorder because of ongoing problems: 1. Audio is out-of-sync with video when using the pause button; 2. Corrupted files every once in a while; 3: Most recent problem: getting the black screen when recording Prime video for personal use (never want to be beholden to any subscription service). You're setup guide was complete, comprehensive, and very understandable. I even learned what a hardware accelerator does after all this time. So thanks again.

So my game recording were recording and outputting at 60fps, but now for some reason when I export to Premiere Pro, I'm getting 50fps. I have video size at 1080p, 16:9, 60fps. My video card is NVidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti. I had the setting on VFR, should I change to CFR? Not sure what happened to cause the dip. Thanks!

How do you save LipSync settings, when you adjust it, in playback settings in Action4! ? I fix my lip sync issues in the playback, but cannot find out how to save this change, so that my video is synced for lips, and video. My webcam is always going to be unsynced, and so I need to sync it with software. Also having chapters on this video, would help viewers a ton.
