I have only 20-fret bass so I cant do the first part but at least Im gonna do the rest of it and I was waiting for that video for so long ;) Thanks and good job

That´s one of the nicest Cliff´s bass parts..it´s epic!
You make it seem so easy to clear and I like the fact that you analize every posibility and show us the same issues you have passed trough while learning the songs... Cliff is surely proud of you as our teacher XD!

I've been trying to learn Orion on both bass and guitar for the past few months to show off on my birthday (im turning 14 😎), and this video helped me learn the solo! I'm can't play it as cleanly as I want, but I think I'm getting there.

I'm actually surprised at how fast I was able to learn it. There's only two spots that actually give me trouble which are the bend at the beginning and the fast 16th note section.

5:47 that made me sad suddenly. Cliff's death is already tragic for fans like us but imagine how bass players like us would've been englightened with Cliff explaining his parts with the current state of media. The isolated tracks we don't have (especially Ktulu), hard to play licks, even explanations of his simplest tracks... It would've been the perfect lesson we would ever get.

1:32 as a beginner this lick always pisses me off. But im quite getting there and one day i will finally master this solo..
this solo really made me learn new things and as a result it became easier for me to learn other songs.. i learned new techniques that i wasnt able to get through before
