Greek Chocolate Ice Cream

Easy Greek Chocolate Ice cream recipe

2 Cups cream
1 Cup milk
⅔ Cup sugar
160g Greek Ion chocolate
1 tbs vanilla essence
1 tbs cocoa powder
25ml vodka

In a bain-marie add milk, crushed chocolate bar, cocoa and stir until fully melted.

Let it cool down.

Pour the chocolate in with the rest of the ingredients and blend.

Blend mixture until nice and airy…

Pour the mixture into your ice cream machine and let it run until you're happy.
