I love how when Jake says he'd been planning the heist the whole time he was in prison, he REALLY meant proposing to Amy.

This is good for a re-watch because when things go off the rails for Jake you notice he's a bit more desperate because he's gotta steer the heist in the direction to get to his proposal.

Yes, chandler and monica probably have the most legendary proposal scene ever, but this one takes the win for me. This was way more sweet.

This is perhaps the best of all the Halloween Heists. Not only did we get even crazier shenanigans than all the others but we even got one of the best marriage proposals in tv history.❤️❤️

Also ever since this episode every time I see Cheddar in any episode of Brooklyn 99 I always hear Holt screaming CHEDDAR!!!🤣🤣

Probably the best heist. Truly unperdictable, in all the right ways (I did NOT see the proposal coming when I first watched this).

I've seen a lot of relationships on TV but Jake and Amy's are something really special, it is a really good example of a healthy relationship but doesn't mean they don't have their struggles; especially in their line of work which is very competitive. They balance each other & love to have something like that.

the proposal was so unpredictable and heartwarming, to me this is one of the best proposal on tv show

This is definitely my favourite Heist episode, and honestly probably one of my favourite episodes over all... I love the absolute surprise that comes with the Proposal the first time around and I love it on rewatches because certain things just make more sense when you know about the proposal. Plus, the actual proposal is probably my favourite TV Proposal of all time... It was perfect. It literally relied on Amy being smart enough to figure out what Jake was up to (to some extent, she obviously didn't know about the proposal...)

It's funny, because before I ever even watched the show, I watched a MsMojo video on best TV Proposals, and this was actually in there. But I'd TOTALLY forgotten about it until after I watched it. I had no idea what was going on this episode, I was completely surprised. But now I remember watching that video and it's just kinda funny to me... Haha

The heists kind of become kind of like Doug Judy from here on out. I think at this point the show was suspecting Fox wouldn't be picking up season 6. So they just threw a lot at the whole season. Thr funniest things about the heists going forward is usually the intro to them and Holt's whole discounting of this one.
