Absolutely the best steak I’ve made on my cast iron. It was a frozen NY strip from Wallyworld, nothing special. I followed the instructions exactly and it came out amazing. Don’t sleep on this people.

Just tried this with an excess strip steak that I froze yesterday. It absolutely works. Looked and tasted the exact same, if not better than the fresh steaks from last night's dinner. Thank you Ninha!

This has changed the way I will make steak from now on. No more defrosting for an ice age (pun intended).

Great video 👍🏾

Omg, I watched this video a few times to get the grasp of it and it works.
I pulled some flap steak out of the freezer and followed this recipe to the T, I was shocked how dang flavorful and tender it was, I use well seasoned iron skillets that were my mothers.
I sautéed sliced bell peppers and red onions on the side …

All the little things that you add in answer so much! Like pouring the butter on the garlic...or how much garlic you use and how much butter you use. It all makes a difference to those learning like me!

The first video I saw of yours was a catch and cook video where you took the boys fishing and caught all sorts of things. I hope to see more of those videos! These are good, don't get me wrong, and your editing/compositing skills are much improved over that first one, but the first one offered adventure! Keep up the good work!
