Thank you for this lecture! You teach so good, I didn't lose focus even for a second and I got really inspired to dive into books myself. Lovely!
Are there any lectures of yours on female role in Chinese society and medicine? How was it for women healers, how was it for poor people who couldn't afford medication or treatments, did only rich people get help from doctors, were there alternatives to those treatments available, how were they organized? Can you recommend me some books that could give me answers to that topic?
Thank you again,
I am moving to your next lecture 😊

Thank you for your lecture. I was wondering, what about wu xing 5 element school? and is there a specific school that focused more on acupuncture than herbal?
It is great to see a timeline. It made it much more clear for me to understand different styles. if there would be areas/regions where different type of CM school of thought has developed, that would be even better.
thank you again

We have people, professionals in the community who says, "Chinese medicine may not work for everyone". That's not true at all. How can we change this closed mind-set of those who make false premises when not enough exposure and understanding? (While they think western pill works for everyone). What a false prophecy. Chinese and traditional medicine system takes a person as an individual unlike western modality one size fits all. In Australia one big university closed down a good Chinese medicine school degree programme stating it was "Quakery". How can we educate the community that western, Chinese and traditional are modalities and that while western imaging/testing/surgical techniques can be useful, TCM/Ayurvedic is a way of living life that brings much more quality to a person and a community. It is not acceptable to conveniently discard things that is not in main stream or not understood by so called regulators while we must thrive to ensure TCM education and practice is of highest standard.
