Haloalkanes: Elimination Reactions | A-level Chemistry | AQA, OCR, Edexcel
Показать описание
In this video we’ll look at the elimination reaction of haloalkanes, where simple molecule(s) are removed and form unsaturated products with a double bond. We’ll discuss the conditions we use and then we’ll see the steps of the mechanism that we use. Then, we’ll present the isomeric products of unsymmetrical haloalkanes – more specifically the isomeric products of 2-bromobutane. In conclusion, we’ll tackle an exam style question.
