So true, James! Love this simple plan. Also, blood circulation, especially up and out of the lower legs and back into the oxygenation process. When I first heard that the blood in our lower legs gets trapped when we don't move, I was like 🤯. Walking pushes the blood in the lower legs up through a series of "locks" (like the Panama Canal) back into circulation. It's partly why sitting down all day doesn't feel restful, but usually like crap. Next video: "how walking makes me feel less like crap."

I can attest to this working! I have a dog that I must walk first thing in the morning no matter how cold, hot or wet it is outside. I usually do this for between 20 and 40 mins. Then I come in and start studying with a pomodoro on YouTube.

I really like your videos! They are short and simple, not loaded with "productivity hacks" that don't help most people anyway. I was into watching endless productivity videos and i got burnt out. You help me concentrate on what's important and not on how to overwork myself. I'm really thankful, that I found you :)
