I have Ossur Rheo knee which I don't have to do anything to get it into bike riding mode.
I usually push off with my sound leg to get some momentum in the bicycle and then place my prosthetic leg on the pedal with my hand. after which I maintain downward pressure on my prosthetic foot to keep my foot on the pedal.

This bike is particularly suited for amputees to ride as the ride hide can be adjusted to be quite low so that you can dismount safely. Furthermore this Xiomi Qicycle bike has a electric motor to provide pedal assist and I can easily get up to 25km/h with very little effort!

Use magped pedals, or mag lock bike pedals as it will be easier to keep prosthetic foot on the pedals or use BioAdapt Versa foot if you want to stand and pedal over obstacles.
