What an absolutely lovely yacht. This video wins the award for most cushions moved and buttons pressed to demonstrate interesting functions. Loved it Nick.

This is the best looking 50’ yacht I have ever seen. From the garage, swim platform, flip down rails. Just so many brilliant ideas.

Nothing is cheap at this range but for the money this yacht gives you so much. The innovation is off the charts. What a cracking boat & of course your full tour shows it to it full!

I would give it 97/100, deduct 1 point for wet head for guest cabins, 1 point for fridge being too small, and 1 point for no rollers/winch to get the tender in the garage. Pretty stupendous overall, all that innovation is actually incredibly useful, not just for show.

Nick, ive just decided that this is my lottery winning boat …..not to big not to small not crazily expensive for a lottery winner and is not to big enough for me to manage. It has all the innovation I need, 3 rooms, lots of entertainment space, great deck area and suburb hi lo deck ……loving the revolving sofa to. The fly bridge is the best with its hard top ….all in 50 feet….great package ….now all I need now is those 6 numbers …..great video

It’s very rare to have a product that can be described as both everything you could ever need as well as everything you could ever want but this boat really achieves that! Magnificent yacht! Great tour as always Nick and I hope everyone has a great week ahead!

This boat is exactly what I would want if I had millions to spend. One day... but seriously beautiful and practical boat! I love it

Phenominal! Absolutely loved the 640 when you did that walkthrough also, Galeon really do give so much for the money when you put them against comparible manufactures in this range, blown away by how much over the norm you get with these, another great walk through Nick!

I love these - absolute favourite. The only thing that would "niggle" is how good all that motorized moving stuff will be in 20 years of sitting in the weather, and how hard it would be to repair...

you know's it's something special when you get a 30+ minute video for a 50 foot boat!!! Absolutely love galeons, so innovative.

Nick, I've been watching you for about 2 years now, and this is definitely the best boat I've seen. It's like everything has multiple uses and transforms. Absolutely incredible.

I think that’s your longest tour of a non super yacht to date, yet you didn’t spend too much time in any area (especially the master en suite 😝). Just shows how much it’s got on it and no wonder they’ve been so successful.
Brilliant boat and a relative bargain for all it offers.
Thanks for showing us around Nick 👍

Galleon 500! You've won me! So much boat for the money with loads of innovative ideas. My sole concern with so, so many electrical devices would be to keep everything working. Thanks Nick, I really enjoyed the video.

1.2 million for a 50' yacht seems a bit steep, until you realize it's got all the luxury, comfort, styling and accessories of a 65 or 70-footer. Absolutely amazing. Galeon continues to impress. Really glad you were able to get the en suite clip added to the review, Nick, nice save! Great tour as always.

Ah, a 50-footer... My personal fav in terms of realistic owner/operator size and relatively realistic affordability (for me personally).

Being a retired older guy, I have the luxury of watching (and re-watching) your vids as often as I please. That said - the Galeon 500 has claimed the #1 spot in my heart for my personal favorite!

It would be different if Galeon just added a feature or two that was 'new' to the industry, but NOooo... It seems like Galeon had a catalogue of cool, innovative ideas squirreled away, and they wanted them ALL to shine in this model.

For me, personallly, I knew something was up when you just blew by the Aft Cockpit. Especially when I could see the 'curved portion' of teak beneath the seating, but I'm thinking 'engine access' - at that point!

The aft doors (brilliantly stacked btw) invite us into a beautiful living area, but the port side being opened up grabs one's eye immediately. Then we get to see the operation of the same feature on the starboard side, and our mind is blown (yet again)! It wasn't enough that Galeon created a cozy little spot for two, but the tiny little stainless steel 'support' that drops down (to support the pad below your thighs) is actually VERY ergonomic...! Without it - best you could get would be a place to kind of 'lean against' - not truly sit down to enjoy a cocktail.

The Main Saloon... I just love the soft, creamy colors contrasted by the well-appointed darker wood trim.

Very clever (and stylish) headboard treatment in the VIP Cabin. Galeon's abundance of indirect lighting, coupled with fit & finish that looks hard to beat make this gal a beauty...!

As quirky as it may seem, I think the smartest 'detail' Galeon incorporated is their use of a lighter, contrasting wood at EVERY location you need to put your hand in order to open said drawer, door, or storage area. So simple, yet so damned smart...!!!

The fact that Galeon would spend the money to equip the vessel with a true 'access panel', versus a more typical panel of the same substrate with 2 hinges and a latch slapped on. HUGE indictor of the inherint quality the boat is constructed with.

Door hardware, with no toungue to catch things on, coupled with gasketed doors to each cabin... Now you're just showing off Galeon...!

"Yacht drunk" much Nick 'ol boy...?!? LMAO. We love it when your enthusiasm for a boat causes you to do things miss and ENTIRE friggin' Ensuite...?!? I chortled.

The feature that closed escrow for me is the 'Lazy Susan' Aft Cockpit seating...!!! I'd bet dollars-to-donuts that almost every big-name yacht manufacturer copies this, going forward. Why wouldn't they? Sometimes, you want to 'tie the 2 areas together' (Aft Cockpit & Main Saloon), but more often than not I would have it facing 'backwards' as often as possible!

Absolutely love the Garage...! Looks like a perfect place for 3-4 Seabobs to me (tender 'in tow', jetski on the platform). "Got Toys?" Mic drop.

The nerd in me would have 'receptacle sockets' (or something of the sort) on the Hi-Low platform to allow for seating for 2 with a cocktail table in between.

Drop Balconies... Just soooo cool!

The wind screen... A complex cambered curve, with NO center mullion? That's just sexy right there!

And then there's the 'typical' C-shaped seating area at the bow. Same 'ol, same 'ol, right? WRONG. The backrests 'detach', which is brilliant in and of itself. And the 'side benches' are sloped for sunning? Wait, what? Okay... that's pretty cool right there. "But wait, there's more..." They also slide on tracks to give incredibly flexible means of egress, depending on your particular needs at the time...? My mind is officially blown!

GREAT location for the grill too... No smells of food inundating the boat for HOURS after the meal is long gone.

The Fly Bridge is where I would spend the majority of my time on this beauty. Just perfect.

C'mon Burnham... Tighten up man! (You failed to point out the cool blue LED lights scattered all over the Fly Bridge!)

Yup... she's my Number #1...! Thanks for another brilliant tour Nick.

Galleon are finding ways to make their boats more interesting, especially how they transform the interior into an outside space. Brilliant yacht thanks Nick!

The creative uses of space on this boat are really impressive. How many times have we seen the tender garage extend over the engines, leaving about six inches of space. Here, one almost forgets it's there when working below. Just beautiful.

Hi Nick. Over 30 minutes on a 50ft. Easy to see why, so much innovations it's the swiss army knife of yachts, even a waltzer chair. Fantastic tour thanks 😊

Long time watcher of your channel, and this has to be the first time I've said "WoW" at least a dozen times out loud, over this incredible Yacht. Having so many innovations, tuck-aways, "Transformer" seating/spacing/design, just amazing. Between this one and the Pure Electric Silent Catamaran as the "I won the lotto, let's get a boat", it's a tough choice now. Thank you for the Walk-through. You're very informative, mellow voice, and eye for detail is top notch, sir.
