I've been watching so many of these super high end yacht videos I thought "only $995, 000 !!" and started rummaging around my pockets for spare change, thinking "I'll take 2."

At the cost of real estate, this looks like a great live aboard...jmo

Hi David. Whenever i hear of Broward i always think of Bob Denison. This is a lot of yacht for under 1 million. Perfect for a tropical island retreat. Looking forward to the "how to" series again. Great walkthrough video tour thanks 😊

You can keep live bait real happy for weeks in that jacuzzi. Happy bait = bigger fish. Bigger fish = larger tournament prize money, no need to charter.

The eventual plan for my spouse and I is to have a live on yacht in the Caribbean, while that plan is still about 10 years till fruition we are beginning to formulate an idea of what's involved and an older but well maintained and very spacious yacht like this with a warm homey feel to it is very much what I'll be looking at. Thanks for adding another option to my eventual short list with this make and model.

Thanks, David, you're the ultimate presenter, without you, the yacht presentation and the yacht itself would never have been complete, best regards.

Does she have crew quarters? What's the engine room like? Please don't skip these areas -- they're important!

If I had the means I'd buy this yacht and I'd live on it in the Bahamas. I only live about 100 miles from the Grand Bahamas, but really wished I was about 99-1/2-miles closer. lol.

Nice to see you present a more affordable yacht

One day I will full time liveaboard one of these Broward yachts. They're the perfect, budget, liveaboard, from the research I've done.

I LIKE THE WAY THE HULL IS BUILT AS IT IS MENTIONED!!!

I really like that they've rid themselves of all the dark wood that Browards were known for. It has a bright airy interior that looks very relaxing.

Wow, awesome yacht. I could see myself there on one of the decks watching a sunset.

I think this would be the perfect yacht to give yacht ownership a try before moving up to a larger and more luxurious yacht. It is certainly in my price range.

Gotta wonder why all the outdoor tables are covered with cloth. This is a good indication the wood underneath needs to be replaced. There should be removable safety railing on the deck where the deck chairs are and toys/ tender go. If not, somebody’s going over. You can tell she doesn’t have a stabilizer while underway bc she rocks too much side to side. The mirror in the galley behind the seating area is a fire hazard. All you need is a nice sunrise/ sunset in the right direction and something is going to burn. It may be under a mil, but believe me, you will be putting a lot of money into it. And try getting insurance for it. The age of the boat and the size are both factors that will leave you with maybe one insurance company who wants to carry you. The deductible will be very high, the coverage very low, and the cost goes way up every year- if they don’t drop you… which they constantly will. So many things to consider- Are there any issues with electrical? Lighting- halogen or LED? The wrong lighting can heat up a boat and be a fire hazard-and it’s super expensive to replace. Plumbing? Wiring? AC systems? How often do you need to clean barnacles out of the AC strainers? Don’t think your survey guy is going to catch everything. Fuel costs, marina costs, cost of captain and crew? And that jacuzzi is just throwing her out of balance. Hate to burst your bubble, but I’ve lived aboard a beautiful 80’ yacht for four years. I love it! But it’s a lot of work and a lot of expense. We bought ours in “Excellent” condition. Just had her appraised (bc insurance made us… another few thousand out the window.) and she appraised once again in “excellent” condition and $300, 000 higher than our purchase price- but we have redone almost everything and worked very hard and learned a ton. She is our home. Just be aware when you watch these videos that almost none of these guys that make them- or these brokers, have ever lived aboard long enough to know what the real issues and expenses are. We have done (foster ministry charity) charters, and yes, you can do this, but to do it right, again, it takes a lot of work. That’s the real scoop.

Nice boat. I like that the hot tub is in the cockpit -- at least as a charter yacht -- for the sake of the stability of the yacht.

Looks like a 70's California home but the price is right!

I actually like this way more than the 12.5 mil usd yacht you showcased the other day.

I like that one. Nice tour through this one David. I would have loved to seen the rear lazarette and storage area just to get an idea of size, just how much Dive gear (compressor?) room there was, etc. I guess I just have to wait for the Lotto to come through. 🤣 Some of the editing could have been slower, but Well done nonetheless.
