Very important! I just learnt recently that in the deep phase of sleep waves of brain liquid rinse out all trash from our brain, wich prevents e.g. dementia.💖💖💖

LuChin, thank you for this instruction. I am wondering about the low back position; natural curve or a pelvic tilt? Both ways feel fine but perhaps there is a reason to have one rather than the other. Many thanks

Hello Dear LuChin!!! I woke up last night and looked up your latest video on my kindle fire. After watching the video I practiced the Tang Zhuang technique, since I'm familiar with the Zhan Zhuang as you know :) . Literally a minute later I had fallen back asleep! I felt this warm energy while I was laying down as I was performing the technique and next I was out like a baby. Amazing! You're the best always LuChin!

Thank you again, LuChin. I quite intuitively started to practice this a couple of years ago, in order to address insomnia. However, I didn’t think to adopt the leg and feet positions until I saw your video. I tried it last night and liked it. It’s great to be able to add to one’s existing practices with high quality new material, such as yours. Bless❤

Thank U for this beautiful meditation ❤
I fell asleep nicely, but I woke up around 2:30am with the chi energy flowing in my whole body,
and after a while I felt it especially in my neck and head.
After a while I was trying to stop the flow, because I was afraid that I won’t be able to fall asleep (it was the middle of the night), so I opened my eyes and the flow subsided a bit..
Unfortunately I was awaken by the energy and I couldn’t fall asleep again easily…
I tried to do the meditation from your video again, it helped a bit, I felt asleep after 0, 5hr..

Is it some meridian (awakened around 2:30am) telling me that something is blocked in my body) or is it just the effect of this quigong meditation which I’ve done for the first time and
I won’t awaken me anymore in the night if practiced regularly?
