@2:55 It's only 1 dummy flight generated per undetected, unidentified flight. Dummy flights can generate their own dummy flights in the admin phase (just not on the turn that a given dummy flight was generated).

@21:45 You did violate the movement rules here. Once you've done anything above a free turn (up to max turn), you cannot turn again in the same hex and altitude. Turns are also cumulative until you change altitude or move a hex. For example, if at speed 4, you do a 60° free turn in a hex and then for the next movement point, do a turn, you could only do another 60° turn (for a total of 120°) unless you moved, climbed, or dove. Let me know if I'm being confusing here and I'll add some more examples.

Thematically the question on when to determine ground unit AA allocated assets as they will be from parent HQs specialised units, these units will be force multipliers / indications of intent and so subject to movement intelligence and also radar equipped which means their presence will be known or suspected, therefore upfront is easier and thematic.

You only have 15 turns in this scenario. I would count out how many total movement points it will take to do the route you have planned out..and this will provide some insight as to whether you need to use "dash" speed. You might here...
