Paramount Chinese - Chatter Gang Recommended!

Ey up, Chatter Gang!
We're not short of restaurant recommendations for BLACKPOOL, but quite a few members of THE CHATTER GANG have suggested that we try the PARAMOUNT CHINESE RESTAURANT on the South Shore.
As you know, we rarely venture further south than the Central Pier in BLACKPOOL, so was the PARAMOUNT CHINESE RESTAURANT worth the trip?

I've lived in Blackpool over 7 years and never been there. Every time I am available to go which is Sunday afternoon Monday night or Tuesday night they are closed. Thanks for doing the video as now I have got to see the inside and the food. There is a new Indian in Bispham and a new Japanese in Blackpool for you to try maybe next time x

King prawn, ginger and spring onions is highly recommended. 😋 If you're feeling posh and available swap the King prawns for lobster (ask them to de-shell).

That place might be completely different when it is much busier.

Food gets flash fried quicker, woks flicking noodles & veg - tough steak sometimes, but tough chicken?

If it's been recommended I think you should re-visit it maybe next season?

A very nice restaurant albeit a little too quiet didn’t seem to have much of a vibe about it
Not sure about that Lemon Chicken but the Beef looked well cooked & the Garlic Prawns also

I'm not really a larger drinker but I do find the Chinese and Thai largers are better as they are less gassy than others
