Very thought-provoking content that warrants more rapport; the diagnostic process, I think, is heavily data-driven. Gathering data from the company internally, from the competitors as well as the overall market trend then we'll be able to come up with a optimized solution to the business itself, that is, if you can't convince the board to make the necessary procedural changes then will resort to promoting existing strengths. So it's act like a business consultant first, then marketing officer later.

Good content, well presented
May I suggest you do a little more research on the difference between "Strategy" and "Tactic". Calling marketing "Tactics" and the word "Strategies" is inaccurate and is confusing to novices and beginners. My experince is that well educated clients know more about the difference between Tactics and Strategies than you do. Creating a confusing video content like this, dimishes the value of your well intended message. However, "diagnose and prescribe" is good advice for all CMOs and aspiring CMOs.
