That's how my mom made it... or with Hormel corned beef in a can with potatoes. I make my own corned beef from brisket and fresh potatoes. 😊❤

Just turn the can upside down and plop it.. thats what i do. And the fat content in the can is high enough so oiling ur pan is redundant and you wont get as much color. Add 1 diced onion and 3 eggs in 3 divits once partially browned and incorporat the eggs for a family meal.

This stuff is crazy good and so easy to prepare.

One thing you can do to take this even further prepare your favorite rice.

I like getting those Uncle Ben rice pouches, specifically the Basmati Rice. Microwave one of those while you make this, then put them onto the same plate together. The crispy hash goes so well with the rice.

You need the iron skillet. That’s why mine don't taste like when I was a kid. I don’t have any cast iron skillets.

I usually saute onions and tomatoes ND bell pepper then add lime to the corn beef and then add the corn beef to the pan😊

That's the hash I use, too. Tried a few and even plain hash with no potatoes, and this is the best tasting on. But, I look at your recipe when I make it. One time, I didn't put enough oil. That burnt was nasty. Lol. Anyone thatbreads this, put the amount of oil she's using, don't skrimp and save

First thing you wanna do is not use Hormel.
Libby’s, in any test comes out on top.
It cost so little (more) to go first class, top shelf.

Everyone is complaining about a little OLIVE oil, and like 1 tablespoon of butter for the whole can. Has nobody ever used a pan or skillet before?
